Mohammed Thaer Ismael obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mosul in 2017, followed by a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2023. In 2024, he joined the University of Telafer as a lecturer. He currently serves as the Head of the Administrative and Financial Division at the Continuing Education Center, in addition to teaching Mathematics at the College of Agriculture, Department of Animal Production. In 2025, he obtained an International Certified Trainer certificate in Soft Skills.
